Have you ever felt overwhelmed with all the tasks you have for the day, the weeks ahead or even the months? Nowadays, the everyday life is a challenge for every one of us. New tasks, more tasks, job, social media, hobbies, TV, chores and so on, can put a huge pressure on us. The problem is that it’s so easy to accept all these tasks that we often forget that most of the times it’s up to us to say no. We accept more than we actually have time to complete, and the feeling of not having time to do all that we want to do is a huge stress factor in our lives.
